Will Deloney

Executive Director & Founder

Will Deloney is the Chief Instigating Officer for Pixelated Ideas, headquartered in Austin. This sometimes gets him in trouble with his wife but has helped him to produce a number of award-winning documentaries. He is always looking to partner filmmakers with stories that are good for screens of all sizes.

Sometimes the stars align and magic happens. This is when Will makes sure everybody is in their places with the cameras rolling. Will is a positive force in the creative process and has over 18 years of hands-on experience.

Michael Reilly

Director of Sound

Michael is an Austin-based Creative Partner who heads up our Sound Department. He produces soul and gospel records using vintage analog gear and is a member of the Recording Academy.

Matt Bockelman

Director of Photography

Matt is our NYC-based Creative Partner who heads up our Camera Department.  He is an award-winning DP who combines a great eye with an innate ability to get the perfect shot.

Marcus Brooks

Cinematographer

Marcus is an NYC based cinematographer who is an absolute beast.  His never stop dreaming approach to life shows up in his work.

Kelly Lennie

Creative Director & Agency Liaison

Kelly is a Southern belle who realized manners weren’t forever and joined the creative world.  She has over a decade experience in the agency world and tells a good story.

Mike Cook

Producer

Mike is a Native Texan, and if you are standing in the shade he will probably come talk to you.  Most likely about sports, movies, or food.  He is our Producer who wears many hats, and has DJI Ronin skills that would make Hattori Hanzo jealous.

The Smith Bros

Director & Director of Photography

Evan and Nathan are brothers who work on movies.  Although they are not twins, their skill sets are complimentary. And when you punch Evan in the arm, Nate makes a face.  Evan is a great director and storyteller while Nate takes care of making things look beautiful.

Andy Mills

Producer & Writer

Andy is our NYC-based producer and writer.  He has been called “The Werner Herzog of short-form content.” – Kyle Levenick, Toca Boca

Patrick Hosmer

Art Director

Patrick Hosmer is our bi-coastal art director. He is a motion designer and illustrator who contracts with the likes of MTV, Google, and Apple.  He is also OG Pixelated.

Gemma appreciates a good label maker and is the organizational glue that keeps our day to day operations in line. She also has an ear for good music and is a great listener.

Sha-Risse R. Smith

Writer + Director

Sha-Risse R. Smith (@agent5smith) is a writer, mother, and proud Harlemite. Her passion is to bring diversity to film by creating unique stories which showcase strong female characters. Her award-winning film Strive starring JoiStarr and Danny Glover is a tribute to the legacy of Striver's Row in Harlem. In addition to filmmaking, Sha-Risse loves graffiti and is active in sticker art culture worldwide under the alias Agent 5 Smith.

Stacey Governale-Bloom

Producer

Stacey started her career in television as a Production Assistant for MTV’s Alternative Nation. She later moved on to entertainment news and spent several years as Story Coordinator and Segment Producer developing news, celebrity and human-interest day-of-air and feature stories for Extra. Switching gears into the digital age, she joined the start-up celebrity photo agency WireImage.com as a Senior Executive. At WireImage Entertainment, she developed their television, feature film, and fashion clientele making them a leading force in the digital image industry. Years later, she joined Splash News to manage all North American broadcast negotiations and collaborate with their news desks worldwide directing daily entertainment editorial decisions. Most recently, Stacey was asked by Getty Images to develop their GC Images Collection (Getty Candids) and serve as Entertainment Product Specialist. While establishing this collection, she hired and managed a team of photographers, directed contributors on content coverage and pitched and negotiated deadline-sensitive material to cross platform clientele.

Tori Luecking

Associate Producer

Tori Luecking is a multimedia journalist in New York City. Her body of work includes video and print pieces on religion, New York subcultures, and politics.

Tori holds a Masters of Journalism from New York University and is a Reporting Fellow for Religion News Service. On the weekends you can find her listening to true crime podcasts and spending time with friends. 

Jim Tozzi

Jim Tozzi

Writer + Puppeteer

Jim studied film and illustration at the Rhode Island School of Design. He moved to New York and started working at Broadcast Arts, inking and painting animation cells.He created the award winning “Twip” campaign for Nick at Nite’s TV Land. He directed commercial spots for Miller Lite, Sprite and Florida’s anti-tobacco campaign as well as an award winning campaign for Kellogg’s Rice Krispie Treats for Leo Burnett. As part of the art collective PFFR, Jim designed animation characters and puppets for the cult hit show Wondershowzen. He co-created and produced Xavier Renegade Angel on Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim. Jim continues to draw, paint, make puppets and do low level graffiti crimes featuring Bert’s tit.

Brian Gaar

Writer + Comedian

Brian Gaar is a nationally acclaimed comedian, writer and internet personality. He’s been called “one of the funniest joke tellers on the internet” by Playboy and The Austin Chronicle said he’s “so funny it hurts.”

His comedy special, “Jokes I Wrote At Work,” is available on Amazon Prime and his comedy can also be heard on Sirius XM radio.

Brian also hosted the late-night comedy show, “ATX Uncensored(ish),” on Austin’s NBC affiliate. His jokes have appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show as well as Playboy, Funny or Die and Esquire.

Alicia Parrott

Producer

(@she.posse) brings 20+ years of experience and creative excellence as a graphic designer and marketing specialist. Her successful journey through a high-powered advertising agency, boutique marketing firm and corporate in-house marketing teams has provided her with the knowledge and courage to push the boundaries of visual storytelling. Alicia’s admiration and dedication to artistic expression has extended into building community arts programs, multi-media productions and creating her own street art/stickers under the moniker ShePosse.
